The Bothy has provision for water and power supply and is fully wired with lighting and socket points. A chimney is fitted to enable straightforward installation of a wood-burning stove.
Water, waste and electrical connections will need to be implemented on site. Connections and any commissioning should be made by a qualified professional. Greywater drainage must also be considered on a site-by-site basis. The Bothy has integral surface water drainage with concealed downpipes. These can be routed to a collection point, soakaway, or to existing drainage, depending on the services and ground conditions at the proposed site.
